This luxury apartment building finished in 2000 has been built with traditional and sympathetic architecture using wood and stone. It is located in Tignes Val Claret within close proximity of the ski lifts. There is a free 24 hour bus service which covers all of the Tignes villages with a stop directly outside the building. This is a 3 bedroom mezzanine apartment with a balcony. Open plan kitchen / dining and living room with television and access to Wifi broadband internet connection within the apartment (extra fee). The apartment comes with an underground parking space and free use of the swimming pool / spa complex. This is a self catering apartment with a good quality restaurant on site (many more restaurants within walking distance) and bread delivery to reception every day.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is officially 4pm although it is sometimes possible to get in earlier and departure time is 10am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 3 double / twin rooms. Possibility of 2 people sleeping on a sofa bed in living room although this is not recommended. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower room to bedroom 1. Family bathroom with bath, toilet and basin and plenty of storage. Separate toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen included electric 4 ring hob with extractor fan, Combination microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with small freezer compartment. |

Changeover day is Saturday and this is the day the apartment is cleaned by maid service. Towels and linen are provided in addition to a small kitchen welcome pack (dishwasher tablets etc). |

Skiing
Tignes is the second highest ski resort in Europe and has an extensive ski area joined to the Val d'Isere ski resort. Ski passes can be purchased in the resort or online for just the Tignes pistes or for the extended Val d'Isere area (Espace Killy). There is a large choice of ski schools and ski equipment hire, in addition other activities like ice skating on the lake, ice go karting, parapenting, cross country skiing and walking are available.
Travel
The apartment comes with an underground parking space so driving is our first option. In addition Bourg st Maurice is a 40 minute transfer down the mountain, where the euro star makes its last stop and also the over night snow train comes in. We can book a taxi for you to take you from the train station to the apartment - on average the taxi costs about 70 euros although we would need to confirm this on an individual basis. Chambery is the closest airport being 83 miles (1.5hrs) from Tignes.
