The house is peaceful and secluded, set amongst fields of corn and sunflowers. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard providing comfortable accommodation for 2-5 people. The house is located just outside the village of Genouille which has its own fishing lake and just a 40 minute drive to the picturesque port of La Rochelle and a 30 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach resorts of Fouras and Chatelaillon Plage.

There is a private garden area for the gite and the newly installed swimming pool is shared with the owners.
Coast/Beach
Fouras is a 30 minute drive.
Chatelaillon Plage is 35 minute drive.
Both have beautiful long stretches of sandy beaches.
Special interest holidays
The Charente Maritime is an excellent region for cycling and walking holidays.
Travel
La Rochelle is the nearest airport which is a 40 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A booking form and full terms and conditions will be sent on request, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, a further security deposit of £150 is required with the balance of payment 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, the security deposit is returnable providing no damage or breakages have occurred to the property or contents.

House swap considered anywhere in France or UK suitable for 2 people and very well behaved dog, outside June-September main home also available for swap.
