The private pool is within the gardens with its own patio, pool house and sunbathing area.

Changeover day
Our changeover day is Saturday and the house will be ready for your arrival from 4pm. The house must be left no later than 10 am on the day of your departure.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - Downstairs double bed. Bedroom 2 - leading off bedroom 1 - Twin beds suitable for a family. Bedroom 3 - Upstairs with twin beds. Bedroom 4 - Double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 is on the ground floor in bedroom 2 thus making an ideal family unit. Bathroom 2 is located upstairs off the gallery landing which is very close to bedroom 4 almost acting as an en-suite and serves bedroom 3. |
| Kitchen: | A well-equipped rustic kitchen and dining room with doors to terrace. The cooker has a gas hob and electric oven, there is a double sink unit, large fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Magimix, coffee grinder, toaster and electric kettle. |
| Utility Room: | Off the dining area is a downstairs cloakroom come laundry room with washing machine,tumble drier, iron and ironing board, washbasin and WC. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting room, which has old Gironde floor tiles, stonewalls and wooden ceiling with exposed beams. There are comfortable chairs and a sofa around a large open fireplace, logs are provided. TV and DVD player sit alongside with an upright piano. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen provided including bathroom towels and swimming towels. The house is cleaned on changeover days. If change of sheets and extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at extra cost. |

Delightfully situated in a woodland garden with a private pool located between Monsegur and Duras.
Coast/Beach
Arcachon beach is an hour and a half drive where you will find the largest sand dunes in Europe and plenty of great seafood restaurants.
Travel
Bordeaux with its international airport can be reached comfortably in an hour by auto-route. Flybe go to Bergerac airport from Stanstead and Southampton which is approximately 45 minute drive on country roads.
Distances
Monsegur is our local town which is 2km away so a short distance in the car. Otherwise Duras in the opposite direction is 5km, so a 10 minute drive.
Further details
Petit Bouteau is an ideal base from which to explore the valley of the Dordogne, Gironde and surrounding vineyards.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking along with a completed booking form. 8 weeks before your departure date the remaining 50% is required along with a separate security deposit cheque of £200. Afterwards your final instructions will be sent to you with the details and location of the house including the collection of keys etc.
