Built in 2008 this exceptional Villa provides an excellent location to explore the Vendee. The property is enjoyed by non golfers and golfers due to the variety of activities available in the with easy access from Nantes/La Rochelle Airport and St Malo ferry port. Comfortably sleeping six people the villa has a south facing garden incorporating its own private heated swimming pool. The villa is located on a small complex of similar properties some ten minutes by car from the picturesque port of St Giles Croix de Vie, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is situated on the Vendée coastline between Saint Jean de Monts and Les Sables-d’Olonne. There are over 3km of sandy beaches and the main beach is on the north side of the Vie estuary. Across the water on the south side of the estuary is a maze of old fishermans' cottages in between the port and the shops. Other activities include a horse riding centre, tennis, cycling, sailing, boat trips, windsurfing, petange and walking.

Leading off the living room is a patio area with private heated swimming pool - approx 8x4 metres, leading to gazebo dining area, surrounded by stylish lights for evening use. Barbecue supplied. 6 garden chairs and table. 2 sun loungers. The pool is maintained and cleaned by the owners contractors.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes by car. Very wide sandy beach. Life savers patrolled areas. Children's activities on beach during the summer.
Golf
Located on Domainedes Fontenelles Golf Course, a par 72 course capable of being played as two 9 hole course, with a total length of 6042 metres (white tees) and 5597 (yellow tees).
Travel
Nantes Airport - 70 minutes.
La Rochelle Airport 90 minutes.
St Malo Ferry Port 3.5 hours by car.
Car Hire is available at both airports and is recommended.
From Waterloo/Ashford you can get Euro star to Paris, then TGV onto Nantes - 6 hours travel time.

Nearest village is a three minute drive for local shops, St Giles Croix de Vie restaurants/shopping evening entertainment- 10 minutes by car. St Jean De Monts - 30 minutes by car. La Rochelle - 80 minutes by car. Le Puy de Fou - 60 minutes by car. Les Dables D'onne 40 minutes by car.

25% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance - to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Non-refundable booking fee £50. Damage deposit required, a cheque will be sent to you once villa has been checked.
