In the garden there is table tennis, badminton net, sand pit, swing/slide set for the younger guests.

25% deposit to be paid on booking. Full payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A £200 damage deposit to be paid with full payment refundable after final inspection of property.
