The house is situated in a small Breton village in a south facing square. There is good sized enclosed private garden across the square. Le Croisty has to offer its own boulangerie, pharmacy, butcher, good small shop, bank, post office, bar and small restaurant. Half and hour drive from Pontivy while the south coast with sandy beaches are 35 minutes away. Local lakes offer swimming too. Brittany offers spectacular opportunities for walking, fishing and cycling all close by to the village.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover arrival 4pm onwards, departure 10am.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge is light spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a wood burner set in the original fire surround and a CD player for your pleasure. Chestnut staircase leads to the 1st floor. |

Bedding, linen and beach towels are included per person per holiday. We will ensure the property is clean on arrival and so we ask that it be left in the same condition on departure please. |

The garden is private and enclosed with fence and gate.
It has a BBQ table and chairs with sun loungers for those perfect sunny lazy days.
Coast/Beach
The south coast is about 35 minute drive away, lovely beaches, rock pools, swimming, surfing or just walking.
Brittany has a beautiful coast line that can be explored for many miles.
Travel
By Ferry St Malo, Roscoff both about a 2 hours drive away.
Brest airport or Dinard about a 2 hour drive you can hire cars at both airports.

Shops can be found in Le Croisty, or Guemene sur Scorff, 15 minutes drive, Pontivy, walled town, 30 minutes drive.
Large supermarkets within 30 mins drive.
