Junction 40 of the A8 motorway is 4km away, so it is only 30 mins from Nice airport and very close to Cannes. The building is new and the apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The living room is equipped with a Sky satellite package of some 200 UK News, Entertainment and Children's channels. There is also a DVD player with a small library of movies. All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance including touch-control ceramic hob, eye level oven, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. La Napoule beach is 4km away and has two excellent beach restaurants. Water sports, sailing and scuba diving are also provided. There are superb beaches at Theoule (7km) and other nearby seaside resorts, not forgetting Cannes and Juan-les-Pins.

There are 12 quality golf courses within 45 mins drive. 2 in Mandelieu itself: the Riviera Golf Club and the Old Course. 3 around Mougins (15 mins):The Royal Mougins (home of the Cannes Open); Opio Valbonne; and Cannes-Mougins. 3 more around Grasse (25mins): St Donat; La Grande Bastide; and Grasse Golf & Country Club. 1 in St Raphael (30 mins): Esterel Latitudes Golf Club. 2 at Ste-Maxime (35 mins): Beauvallon-Grimaud Golf Club; Ste-Maxime Golf Club. 1 at La Motte (45 mins): St Endreol. In addition to these, there are 5 other superb courses not more than one hour's drive from the apartment.
Travel
Junction 40 of the A8 motorway is 4km away, so Nice airport is only 30 minutes away. Car hire is recommended.
