The villa is a fantastic property set in a 2500m exotic garden with beautiful views. Its beautiful and large pool 10m x 5m is an ideal place to lounge and relax or enjoy barbecue meals. Villa Valbonne is an ecologically built-green environment home. It's building materials (thick bricks with special circulation inside), and the mathematical study of the inclinaton of the roof, which doesn't allow the sun to come in during the summer, makes the inside of the property a natural cool place during the summer and needing very little heating during the winter months. The villa is ideally located to enjoy the whole Riviera coast being situated just 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 20 minutes from either Antibes or Cannes. A pleasant walk leads to Valbonne village with its typical boulangeries and restaurants around the village square, as well as craft shops, potteries and food markets. All activities are nearby - 5 golf courses, local tennis club, horse riding on doorstep.

Distances
Valbonne is without doubt one of the most wonderful places to visit on the Côte d'Azur. This superb medieval village is set surrounded by forests (Valmasque forest covers 427 hectares). Valbonne has kept the quality of its environment intact. You will be seduced by the charm of the narrow roads,bordered by colourful flowers and superb ancient houses. Picturesque doorways with each stone carefully restored, beautifully designed window-frames... there's a delightful detail everywhere you look.

We (as a family) had the most fantastic stay this summer in the villa. We would most certainly return and happily recommend it to friends. It also represented extremely good value as there are quite a few of us, but we never felt 'crowded' as the villa was airy and spacious. The villa is very well supplied, incidentally I do not feel the photos do it justice - so we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival! The location was also great - quiet but within easy walking distance of the very attractive Provencal village of
Valbonne and 15 mins to nearest beach, (depending on traffic). The owner was excellent, very helpful indeed and she ensured that we had everything we needed and was contactable for further info or help should we have required it. A great holiday - I just wish we had booked for longer - we will be back!
