| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - large double bedroom. Bedroom 2 - converted to house a sleeping platform with a double mattress on top and two mattresses underneath. This can be used as either a double room or bunk bed room for four children. Both rooms have wonderful view. |

| Kitchen: | Open plan kitchen with large fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living room and dining room with big L shaped sofa and dining room table seating up to 10 people (perfect for dinner parties!). Big flat screen TV with video and DVD. Huge almost full length windows overlooking mountains and lakes. |

Within Espace Killy.
Travel
Fly into Geneva, 3 hour drive up to Tignes. Grenoble and Lyon 2 half hours drive. Chambrey airport. Transfers available if not driving, from Tignes website. By train to Bourg St Maurice from London - Paris. Cool Bus transfers.
Distances
Bourg st Maurice 40 mins drive. Ski or drive Val D Isere. Everything else walking and ski distance.
Further details
Great restaurant, bars and nightlife all within walking distance. Also a pool and spa close by. Tignes health and fitness centre a very short bus ride. Val Claret and Tignes have everything you should need to make your skiing holiday perfect.
Booking notes
Book direct through me Janice. There will be a small deposit of £200 to hold the booking and 8 weeks before full payment by Bacs into my bank account. Winter tends to get booked up very quickly. December though till May. Early bookings in October/November will be accepted. Summer is from July till the end of August.
