Chalet Moulins is a south facing 5 bedroom, spacious, relaxed, modern Chalet. Accommodating up to 14 guests. To the front of the chalet we have a large south facing terrace and balcony areas, perfect for enjoying a large drink while soaking up the panoramic views of the mountains. We offer on a weekly basis 7 breakfasts, 6 afternoon teas and 6 three course evening meals including wine. You will start the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return to the chalet from your skiing adventures there will be homemade cake, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. In the evening a three course meal using fresh produce to create traditional local dishes, and some old favourites.

Our holidays usualy run from Sunday to Sunday (change over day) however we can be flexible depending on the time of year. Please contact owner for details.

Skiing
Chalet Moulins is liked to the international ski area of the ‘Espace San Bernardo’ which contain the resorts of La Rosiere and La Thuile in Italy.
The ‘Les Ecudets’ chairlift is only 8 minutes from the chalet and transports you into the La Rosiere ski area.
La Rosiere is a south facing resort set at 1850 metres. It offers a wealth of skiing for beginners and intermediates, shallow blues and wide cruising reds, all of them offset by wonderful sunny panoramic views (our favourite resort).
Les Arcs is accessed via the Funiculare train from Bourg St. Maurice. It takes just 7 minutes and you are on the slopes in Les Arcs 1600.Les Arcs has a considerable piste network, varied terrain, interconnecting blues and reds and an efficient, well-linked lift system that connects its many satellite villages. With a huge range of runs to suit all abilities many through trees, some to rival the longest in Europe. Les Arcs ski area is now linked up to La Plagne resulting in Paradiski.
Special interest holidays
In addition to our normal holidays we offer a Ski Safari: This adventure allows you to cover a huge area of the white stuff in just one week. You will ski a different resort every day, Richard your host will transport and guide you to all the different areas. There’s even a chance to go Heli-skiing over on the Italian border (weather permitting and at extra cost).
Val d’Isere - World renowned ski area of Espace Killy. Tignes - Part of the Espace Killy region with fantastic skiing on an amazing variety of slopes, plus year round skiing on the Grand Motte Glacier. Les Arcs -Considerable piste network with varied terrain, Steep descents, tree lined runs and one of the longest runs in the alps. La Plagne - Challenging skiing from the Roche de Mio and the Bellecote glacier means you may get tired, but never bored. Fantastic skiing in this massive ski area. La Rosiere - Breath taking views and huge quantities of snow, equal amounts of sunny days and lots of wide and varied pistes.
Travel
There are a number of airports to arrange your flight from and many of them operate budget airlines. Resort transfers can be arranged via our courtesy minibus service, (courtesy service only available on Sunday to Sunday holidays and subject to availability at time of booking. Please enquire regarding any other time).
