'Gulf Stream' is perched on a hill overlooking the bay of Nartelle and the gulf of St Tropez with a direct view of the village of St Tropez itself. With a large private swimming pool and two large South facing sun deck patios. The villa is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. The 5 bedrooms all have shabby chic furniture, classic wooden and fabric French sleigh beds, air conditioning and French doors onto the garden. The kitchen is modern with black granite work surfaces and the snazzy dining room has a marble and smoked glass dining table seating 12. The large sitting has 3 leather sofas and a 42 inch flat screen TV with Sky Sports, DVD and UK channels. Set in a mature garden with fantastic views over the bay you can entertain your family and friends here, BBQ in the evening and chill out over a bottle of Provencal rose. 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Ste Maxime and 5 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Nartelle.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. The linen per person is 20 euros per week. The cleaning is 200 euros per week. All the gas, electric, water, gardener and pool man are included in the price. If you wish to do 10 days or longer lets please call me or email me. Vix.
Changeover day
Saturday in season. Arrive after 4pm and leave before 10 am. Out of season we are flexible.

This luxurious villa is the ideal place to spend a summer holiday with friends and family. With a large upper patio and magnificent views over Nartelle beach, the village of St Tropez and the gulf, sit and relax with a bottle of Provencal Rose in the evening.

The Ste Maxime-Les Issambres coast is blessed with lots of white sandy beaches: Plage de Nartelle, Plage des Elephants, and 4 other beaches are within 10 minutes drive. The classic- Pampelone beach in St Trropez is a 30 minute drive round the gulf.
Golf
Two very good championship 18 hole woodland courses within 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Fly to Nice airport and drive 1 hour to the villa on the A8 motorway.

Nice 60km. St Tropez 10km. Ste Maxime 4km.

He is a lawyer living in London and uses the house as a holiday home for part of the year.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The great thing about Les Issambres is that it is quiet. Second best is the view: it is breathtaking. The best on the cote d'azur.
The third thing is that you can slip across to the village of St Tropez on the bateau verte ferry which runs every hour from Les Issambres port and you miss all the dreadful traffic.
The beaches nearby are all white sand and the restaurants on the coast and in the hills are great.
