This is the ideal venue for a seaside holiday, situated on the beautiful Cote Sauvage. The little seaside town of Ronce has everything you need, all within a short stroll, to include and excellent market boasting wonderful seafood, banks, chemist etc. The villa, however, is situated in a quiet residential road with similar villas and - even better - backs on to forest for an idyllic situ for evening meals on the patio. Excellent views in to the woodlands. The pool measures 4.50 metres across (circular). Golf at La Palmyre 6km and the famous towns of La Rochelle and Saintes a bit over half an hour. The fantastic city of Bordeaux is an hour along the motorway. The Charentes-Maritimes region is also the second most sunny region in France and benefits from a very mild climate in the off season.

Situated at the edge of the little seaside resort of Ronce-les-Bains and opposite the island of Oleron.
