This well appointed cottage is situated in the owner’s garden and is adjacent to the main villa. It has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside including the distant St. Baume Mountains. The countryside is a medley of vineyards, olives groves and the native pines, the colours changing with the seasons. The cottage is only a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches at Les Lecques and the wonderful town of Bandol with its beach, marina and shops. Expeditions can be easily taken to the Camargue, Aix en Provence, Arles, Marseille and Toulon

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Incidental damage deposit £200.
Changeover day
All changeover days are Saturdays. Outgoing guests should vacate the property by 10.30am. Incoming guests should arrive by 4pm.

| Living Rooms: | The large living room having its own front door, equipped with sofa bed, easy reclining chair, book case with selection of books and games. Dining area complete with table and chairs. Hi-Fi, TV, video and DVD players. |
| Other: | The cottage has its own private patio with barbeque furniture including sun loungers. It shares a large well stocked garden with swimming pool and guests are welcome to enjoy the pool. Secluded from the road and neighbours but close to town centre. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The cottage will be cleaned before takeover. All towels and linen are included with the exception of beach towels. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 minutes drive. The medieval villages of Le Castellet and La Cadiere. The historical church at Le Beausset Vieux. Beaches at Bandol, Sanary and Saint Cyr Les Lecques. Walks and Horse-riding. Travel the Route des Vins de l’AOC Bandol. The harbour side villages of Saint Cyr, Cassis & La Ciotat with their many cafes and restaurants. A boat trip is worth while to see the spectacular Calanques de Cassis. Islands of Bendor, Embiez, Porquerolles and Leva.
Travel
Travel to Marseilles or Toulon / St.Tropez airports. Car hire is available at the airports and is strongely recommended.
Booking notes
We will take a provisional booking over the phone or email which is kept open for 10 days. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of completed booking form and 25% deposit. Balance payment has to be made within 8 weeks of rental period. Local travel directions will be supplied.
