Spacious detached pavilion house on edge of the Fleuri village of St Fraimbault. Built in 1962 for the local Marie this house still contains the original features and traditional french furniture. A comfortable home from home. The gardens are secure and have table and chairs with barbecue for that alfresco style of living. The garden is fenced and gated giving you peace of mind while allowing your little ones to play freely. The award winning Fleuri village offers beautiful surroundings for taking a stroll and enjoying the relaxed friendly lifestyle. Off road parking for 2 cars. We have friendly french & English speaking local contacts available. Ideal base for a family holiday in France.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with comfortable double bed, wash basin and shaving point, mirror with light. Fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 twin room single beds. Fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 Light and airy twin room with single beds on ground floor. Open fire in room.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom with shower over large bath. Shaving point, mirror with light. Separate wc. Bath sheets and hand towels provided. These are not beach or swimming towels.
Kitchen: Gas Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, all crockery and utensils to cook family meals or even just a simple sandwich. Back door leading to the side garden and BBQ
Utility Room: Washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Large stone sink for hand washing too. An indoor drying area can be found here. 2 Bicycles are also stored here for your use if required.
Living Rooms: Large comfortable lounge dinning room with French doors leading to side garden. Satellite TV, PlayStation 2, and DVD are available for use. Some games and movies provided, supervision required. CD player and selection of boxed games also provided.
Other: Beautifully crafted wooden staircase leading from large hall.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Clean towels and linen included and changed weekly. For house use only. No maid service. House should be left as clean as you find it please.

Accessibility
Our house is suitable for persons with limited mobility as there is a bedroom and spacious bathroom and wc on ground floor. However, there are a few steps into the property. The village itself is relatively flat. No steep hills to climb!!

Outside
Large spacious and secure garden ideal for families with young children. Barbecue and garden furniture provided. Parasol for shady afternoons. Secure off road parking for up to two cars. The outside area offers pear trees and some fruit bushes. Strawberries can also be found in the vegetable patch. Large grassy area suitable for outdoor play. This is surrounded by beatiful neighbourhood private gardens. The neighbours are very friendly. The entire village enters into the spirit of the fleuri village therefore the village is immaculate and in full bloom in high season.

Coast/Beach
Man-made beach at La Ferte Mace 25km away. The other beach is at Suille Le Guillaume. Further beaches at Caen.

Golf
30 minute drive to nearest golf course at Bagnoles de Lorne.

Travel
Airport: Dinard/Rennes 120km. Railway: Flers 25km. Ferries:Dover-Calais 3.5 hour drive, fastest ferry, long drive. Most expensive-Toll roads. Britany Ferries-Portsmouth-Caen 110Km 1.5 hour drive discounts given with owners discount club. Portsmouth-Le Havre 2 hour drive. Cheapest but long ferry trip. It is possible to stay at our property with no use of a car. However for sight seeing and freedom to explore a car is advisable.

Distances
Selection of village shops within easy walking distanceTennis, boules and fishing in village-Permit required. Swimming complex and main town at Flers, 25km. Markets every day in surrounding villages, info given on arrival. Domfront 20 mins, with 2 supermarkets and local market every Friday.

Further details
Local boating lake is 5 min walk from house. Pedalloes in summer season. Weekly dances at little community area at lake, also high season. Boules pitch just behind house.
Bank, Credit Agricole in Domfront. ATM machine in English and French, easy cash withdrawal. The local restaurant Le Papillion offers an excellent menu. The chef uses the locally grown flowers in his dishes. A sample menu can be obtained on their website and in English if required. Nearby Bagnoles de Lorne is a spa town boasting a casino, golf course and assault course. The Monastery at St Mont Michelle offers an interesting way to spend the day. Not for the less mobile. The biscuits at Lonlay Abbey are not to be missed along with the cider sampling at the Cider Museum at Barenton. For the more adventurous the Foret des Ardaines is a superb backdrop for a bit of twitching, or for a spot of walking in excellent scenery. Within 10 mins drive is the Medieval village of Domfront there are several restaurants and two supermarkets with a friday local market on a friday morning.Further details of adventure parks places of interest etc will be emailed to you once final payment has been recieved.
