On arriving at the chalet, you walk straight into the ground floor where you can park your skis and boots for the evening, knowing that in the morning they will be cosy and dry. The modern in-chalet lift will then take you directly to your room or straight into the very spacious and homely living room where you can enjoy your apres-ski drink in our licensed bar or relax on the soft leather sofas in front of a roaring log fire whilst watching the sunset from the impressive panoramic south facing windows! All of the eight bedrooms are bright, very spacious and are named after local wines, some of which we serve at dinner. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a TV/video station. The bedrooms are furnished in local Savoyard style. Access to the bedrooms is by lift or stairway.

Outside
Rated as one of the top 10 ski resorts in the world by The Sunday Times, Ste Foy is referred to as the ´jewel in the crown´ of the Tarentaise valley.
Size doesn’t always matter and Ste Foy is a case in point...it has long been the preserve of off-piste guides, who bring their clients over when the powder in nearby Val d’Isère has been ground to crud. Now however, thanks to some sensitively handled redevelopment, the place has been reborn as a cute and quietly luxurious retreat for families (or anyone else who’s tired of the mega-resorts). Yes, the skiing is limited, but at all levels the quality is superb.
Sainte Foy is an exclusive unspoilt resort, situated at 1550m with lifts taking you up to 2840m. The ski area is excellent for families with superb records for snow. There are mixtures of old and new chalets all at the higher end of luxury and Ste. Foy is one of the prettiest villages in the Tarentaise Valley. The village has a few restaurants and a couple of bars.

Coast/Beach
Summer Holidays available: The Tarentaise valley in the Rhone-Alps region of France is a beautiful place for a perfect summer holiday, with warm temperatures throughout July and August in the mid 70’s. The valley offers spectacular and lush scenery, with wild flowers, fresh mountain air and a multitude of leisure activities for all tastes and age groups.

Skiing
Ski Hosting… Just think, you go out onto the mountain on the first day of your holiday. You haven’t skied since last year and you are in an unfamiliar resort. You keep looking at your piste map, you don’t know where to go for lunch and you don’t know which lifts to take.
Relax and enjoy your holiday with our complimentary Ski Safari service. It is our pleasure to show you the beauty of our resort and we love skiing with you. We make sure that on the first day you rediscover your ski legs without overdoing it. We show you where to find all the local amenities, the ski school meeting points, local restaurants and bars, where to find a newspaper, the chemist and the supermarket. On the piste we will show you different gradient runs and recommend some of our favourites. For the next 4 days we will take you to some of the world class neighbouring resorts like La Rosiere, Val d'Isere and Les Arcs which we know very well and again can show you the best runs and restaurants!

Travel
Your transfers to and from the chalet are complimentary! (Conditions apply). Most people find travelling by air the most convenient method of getting to and from the Alps. The Eurostar train is a great way of travelling and it can be a time efficient and hassle free journey. There is ample parking for those wishing to self-drive.

Distances
The chalet is virtually ski in ski out. The main slope is 50m from the chalet and it's a short 2 minute walk into the centre of the resort.

Scrumptious cuisine and delightful wines...
We are as passionate about food as we are about skiing! You can be rest assured of consistently high quality, healthy, delicious meals with SnowCrazy. Almost all our food is homemade, including kiddie’s meals, the croissants are made by a traditional French bakery and baked fresh in the chalet. We believe in steaming vegetables where possible to retain their vitamin and mineral content and garnish to enhance their flavours. None of the ingredients we use are GM and all ingredients are bought locally with the minimum of packaging.
We aim to provide you with nutritionally balanced delicious meals. We have been preparing chalet meals for the last five seasons in the French Alps and have always had compliments about our food, so be prepared for mouth-watering food every day. You can expect a high standard of cuisine, with attention being paid to the quality of the ingredients which will always be fresh, chosen by us. We cater for all kinds of diets: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free etc. just let us know your requirements.
Wines direct from a local vineyard...this year we are bringing you organically produced local Savoie wines from Domaine Saint-Germain. Some delightful wines such as Chardonnay, Gamay and Mondeuse, produced with passion and care.

Great conversations, food, lifts up to the slopes and a most wonderful hot tub. You made my whole family feel very welcome on what has been our best skiing holiday by miles.
