The apartments are situated in a quiet location but conveniently just a 2 minute walk from the ski lifts, shops, restaurants and bars. There are two next door to each other on the ground floor with a terrace shared between them. The third apartment is in the building next door, sleeps 2 and has a private balcony. Most of the time during the season ski in ski out is possible right to the door. Each apartment has been recently renovated to provide top quality accommodation that is light and airy, perfect for relaxing after a good day out on the slopes. Ideally suited for families or small groups as each apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. The bathroom is modern with ample lighting finished with luxurious travertine tiling, modern ceramic basin with a large mirror. The bath has mixer taps/shower attachment and there is a towel rail with storage shelves and a toilet. (Please bring your towels).
Kitchen
This bright and airy fully equipped kitchen is situated off the main living area with a large window to the front. It has a modern cooker, hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge, kettle, cafetiere, plenty of storage space, pots, pans, cutlery, mugs glasses and crockery.

This lovely light airy room also doubles up as your sleeping area with a modern pull out double bed with plenty of storage underneath. You have access from this room to your own private balcony with a lovely view in the trees.

Kitchen
This is a very well appointed kitchen area with plenty of storage space, full size fridge, two ring hob, full size oven, sink and plenty of saucepans, cutlery and utensils.

Bathroom
This is a very spacious room that has its own little window 'with a view' to the slope behind. It has a bath with a shower over, basin and toilet along with a huge spacious wardrobe.

Although this apartment measures just 18m2 you will be surprised at the excellent use of space and hence the spacious feel here. It has been recently renovated to prodive a modern clean apartment with plenty of space and enjoys a lovely corner location on the 1st floor of a small apartment block.

 

Notes on accommodation
All three apartments have been designed with children in mind (as we have two of our own!) and also maximising the space available with clever storage so that you never feel cluttered. With the two apartments that sleep 4 we designed these so that the children in the bunk beds are able to go to bed whilst mum and dad can enjoy their evening in the room next door.

Skiing
The Paradiski area offers some of the most diverse skiing in France combining wide, sunny blue pistes, beautiful tree runs and more technical glacier and off piste skiing. Our apartments in Les Coches are at the heart of the area, lying just one lift from the Vanoise Express, the world’s largest cable car, which links the two sides of the Paradiski, La Plagne and Les Arcs.

Les Coches at 1,450 m is a small, modern, but traditionally designed mountain village with a friendly atmosphere. Our apartments have the ‘best of both worlds’ location wise; when snow conditions permit, we can ski-in and ski-out, but are just a couple of minutes walk to the high speed lift out of the centre of the village and also benefiting from being in a very quiet part of the village near trees and a stream. The Montchavin/Les Coches ski area has many pretty wooded slopes as well as sunny open runs just three lifts away. The local area is north-facing and holds its snow well.
