Completed in 2005 and fitted with new furniture and all mod cons! Situated over three floors with a large balcony leading from the sitting room area. Stunning views from chalet of the Giffre Valley. Bench and table for alfresco summer eating. Log burner in addition to electric room heaters so very cosy during the skiing season. Morillon is 7 minutes drive; here you will find restaurants, shops, large swim lake, outdoor pool and tennis courts, golf and walking for the summer months. Samoens is a 12 minute drive - this is a charming, traditional Savoyard village. Supermarket only 10 mins drive. Within 60 minutes drive from Geneva airport, Chamonix and Annecy.

Notes on prices
Prices are based on 7 nights' stay, arriving Saturday. However, longer or shorter stays are permitted with discounts on the quoted rates. Use these for estimation purposes. Any changeover day considered. Always email for last minute reductions if departing within 3 weeks. Look forward to hearing from you.
Changeover day
Saturday is the usual change over day but we will consider any special requests. Arrival after 3.30pm and departure by 10.00am unless special arrangements made with the owner - I will always try to match these times with your requirements.
Accommodation

| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and utility sink. Wet room floor to enable ski equipment and wear to be dried. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with log burner. Table comfortably sits six guests with an extra chair available if required. Baby clip-on chair available. TV with UK satelite, DVD player. |
| Other: | Modern electric wall heaters in all rooms, all with individual settings. Towel radiators in bathrooms. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedding are included at the chalet. Beds need to be made on arrival. Cleaning charges are included in the rental, however, it would be appreciated if guests leave the chalet in the condition they find it. |
Notes on accommodation
Accommodation spread over three floors so may not suitable for toddlers or those unsteady on their feet. No stair gates available. Travel cot available. Linen, towels, heating and logs are included. Cleaning will be carried out on departure.

Skiing
Both Samoens and Morillon ski resorts lead you to the magnificent Grand Massif - 260km served by 75 lifts accessing Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt. Around 45 mins drive from the chalet is the resort of Les Gets along with it's shops and restaurants. Skiing for all levels and lots to do to pass the day for non-skiing member of the group.
Special interest holidays
Walking, white water rafting and cycling are very popular during the summer months.
Travel
Geneva is the nearest airport and the transfer to the chalet will take no more than 60 minutes. Ensure all car hire is booked to be collected from the Swiss side of Geneva airport.
Distances
Worth a visit during both summer and winter are the towns of Chamonix, Sallonges, Annecy and Cluses - all around 60 minutes away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required when making the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Names and ages of all the guests are required. Cancellation insurance is recommended for all bookings. Non smoking house and no pets.
