This tastefully renovated house overlooking the picturesque lake of Dahouet is completely modernised and extremely comfortable. There is a large pretty garden with a stylish tiled, built in BBQ. Dahouet is famous for Coquilles St. Jacques, oysters and mussels. All of these and daily caught fish can be bought from the fishermen on the quayside. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes as well as antique shops and a traditional French bakery. Easy walking distance to magnificent sandy coves and beaches and the mile long unspoilt promenade of Val Andre. Val Andre has more small classy shops, boutiques, small supermarket, plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, casino and a thriving weekly French market. All water sports are available, miniature boats available for hire on the lake, beautiful coastline walks. One of the best golf courses in France is a 2 minute drive away.

Saturdays, house to be vacant by 10am, incoming guests welcome at 4pm but often earlier.

Accessibility
There is a ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite facilities which does not have wheelchair access but would be suitable for people with mobility problems.

In front of the house is a large landscaped garden with trees and pretty shrubs. There is a large timbered chalet style garage with paved area which houses an attractively tiled built in BBQ. There is a large table and 10 chairs as well as an extendable umbrella.
To the East of the property in front of the annexe is a sheltered part paved part lawned courtyard, ideal for catching the first rays of sun with your tea in the mornings.
Coast/Beach
Easy walking distance to magnificent sandy coves and beaches and the mile long unspoilt promenade of Val Andre.
Golf
One of the top golf courses in France is a two minute drive away. It is a links course and the 11th hole is world renowned.

There are miles of unspoilt coastline to the North and South of this house and only a short drive should you wish to explore further.
There are facilities for horse riding, cycling, sand yachting and the local sailing club where you can rent a variety of craft is only a walk down the end of the road.
