Beautiful traditional chalet on the edge of Le Praz with uninterrupted views of the mountains and sunny aspect. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Available to rent from May to November. Quiet during the summer season (mid July to end August) and very, very quiet at other times.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is double with ensuite shower, bath and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is a double with ensuite shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3 is a double.
Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded room.
There is also a mezzanine floor but this is not really suitable for guests.
Bathrooms: 1 shower and bath en-suite (see above).

Kitchen: Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer.
Utility Room: Large utility area in the basement including washing machine and tumble drier.
Living Rooms: Large open plan living and dining room. Central open fire. Two large comfortable three seater sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table and seating for 10 people.
Other: Sauna, study with sofa bed, TV and DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		The chalet will be cleaned both before and after your stay. All linen and towels are provided.

There is a 9 hole golf course in Courchevel and another one in Meribel.

None in the summer.

Travel
Courchevel is just over 2 hours by car from Geneva Airport and just under 2 hours from Lyon. It is under 1 hour from Chambery.

Further details
There are a range of restaurants in the village, several of high quality. There is also a pleasant informal pizzeria. However, these are usually only open in the summer season (mid July to end August). There are high quality butchers and bakers in the village (5 minutes walk). Also a good basic supermarket. In the area there is mountain biking, tennis, walking, etc. There is a public swimming pool nearby.
Please note, out of season many services are closed - to reach restaurants etc a trip to Bozel at the bottom of the valley (15 minutes drive) is needed.

Booking notes
A deposit of £300 per week (non-refundable) will be payable to reserve the chalet. The balance will be due 6 weeks before departure.
