A charming apartment situated on the 3rd floor looking out over the mountainside. Close by are the beaches, shops restaurants and the railway station. With is one of the safest child friendly beaches in France is Villefranche-sur-Mer. Situated near Nice and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, right in the heart of the most beautiful and rich part of the Côte d'Azur. It's here that the most splendid properties are hidden away, and where the world's millionaires love to spend their holidays. Whether it's summer or winter, Villefranche is a stunning place. Its superb harbour is known to be one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Overlooking the hills and luxurious residences, one of the most exclusive spots on the Cote d'Azur. The village houses an auditorium, museums, 'la cité des métiers d'art' and hanging gardens. Tourist office is nearby.

Notes on accommodation
You will be met by a local representative who will gladly assist. There’s an additional fold down child's bed should you have an overnight visitor. Hairdryer, DVDs, board games, books. The apartment is fully furnished, plates, cups etc.
This is what the French call a charming building, old with lots of character, large French windows and the shutters provide adequate air ventilation (air conditioning), we have also provided 2 large fans as additional cooling.

Accessibility
Situated on the 3rd floor, wide staircase, (no lift).
Outside
Balcony, table and chairs with a mountain outlook. The hotels nearby allow use of their swimming pools if you book lunch or for a small fee (usually 10 Euros). There's the sea for swimming and national country parks for long/short walks. Oh! And at the top of the street are the Tourist office/bus stop/taxi rank. The balcony looks over the mountainside, looks lovely lit up at night times. Stop and gaze and try to spot which property belongs to Tina Turner or which one recently sold for 250 million.
Coast/Beach
Beach 5 mins. One of the safest beaches in France for children, and there are many additional beaches nearby. Villefranche-sur-Mer has the second deepest bay in the world allowing Cruise ships to arrive in the harbour daily, sometimes 3 at a time. There are market days, outdoor cinema, boats for hire. There are also quite beaches for you to explore and relax alone.
Golf
Monte Carlo Golf Course. Other courses for you to discover.
Skiing
Isola 2000 1hr 45 mins (skiing winter only). Italy is within reach and there are other resorts within half a days drive. You decide whether to sun on the beach one day and go skiing the next day. What a choice!
Special interest holidays
The village is a world famous Artist haven and the French language institute is nearby offering courses in French

Travel
You do not need a car.
From the Airport take the Airport bus (every 15 mins) to Nice bus station and step onto the next bus to Villafranche Sur Mer, It’s easy. By Car, Nice Airport provides car hire by every major car rental company, (Villafranche is 10 min car). By helicopter from Nice Airport to Monaco and catch the train back to Villafranche Sur Mer you will see your apartment from the air.Train station in the village with trains to Nice, Italy and beyond. Taxi rank around the corner.

Italian border is not to far and sugested visits would be Ventimilia for the masive market days 40 mins by Train.

The apartment is in the centre of the village close to all amenities, banks, bakers, exchange bureau, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, hairdressers, chemist, laundrette, dry cleaners. Children’s parks, football pitches, skateboard park, beaches, tennis, bowls, zoo, historic houses, art galleries.
I’m always at your service as I want you to return again and again and refer it to your friends. This is also our holiday home which my family enjoy 4 times a year and every year we discover something new in the South of France and we hope that you will to.
