Promenade des Anglais 6th floor apartment. View is amazing and takes your breath away. Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony and let all your cares and stresses disappear! Just what the Dr ordered. Actual comments include 'What a wonderful week we had waking each morning to a brilliant sun, exploring all we could squeeze into each day before returning to the apartment's balcony where I enjoyed a good glass of wine at a bargain price while taking in the most fantastic view imaginable.' Prices are for the property per week in euros (90 euros Meet/Greet/Cleaning for 2 and 110 euros for up to four persons).
We offer discounts for multiple week rentals. Holiday rates individually priced, please inquire.
Changeover day
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Very little flexibility - but it can't hurt to ask.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen is fully furnished with cook top, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all pots/pans and utensils you might need. There is also a clothes washer so you can get that laundry done while you are at the beach or museum. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board/iron, vacuum, cleaning supplies, electric fan, towels, linens. |
| Living Rooms: | Futon that folds into a double bed (purchased August 2008 with a great upgraded mattress), two chairs, table with seating for four-six. Cabinet of drawers, CD player, television, balcony with seating for two and a table. Air-conditioned. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Meet/greet and final cleaning is 90 euros for up to two persons and 110 euros for up to four persons. Includes two towels per person and linens for both beds. You will find the apartment to be very clean and inviting upon your arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment seems to be most perfect for couples (older and younger), families with up to two children and singles. This is NOT a party location and we have a minimum age for renting. This is very STRICTLY a non-smoking apartment. If you are younger and looking for a 'party' apartment, please look elsewhere. The owners take pride in keeping the apartment clean and welcoming and being respectful of the French neighbors who reside here full-time.

Accessibility
There are a few stairs at entry to building so not wheelchair accessible. But there is an elevator so many elderly people love this apartment.

Skiing
Skiing is a short bus or car ride away to Isola 2000.
Travel
Nice airport 10 minutes drive away. A car is not needed as public transport here is great. Bus stop right behind the apartment will take you everywhere - including Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, etc.
Distances
Nice is centrally located to so many great places and museums. Easy bus ride to many locations.

04/28/08 We very much enjoyed our brief stay at the Hervall's apartment in Nice. The property was very clean, efficient, and best of all, quiet and relaxing. Mother Nature did not bless us with the typical warm and sunny mediterranean weather during our stay, however we still managed to take in the lovely sights of southern France. We especially enjoyed wandering around Old Town with all its unique shops and restaurants, as well as the spectacular views along the coastline.Thanks for a wonderful stay. 03/04/08 What a wonderful week we had waking each morning to a brilliant sun, exploring all we could squeeze into each day before returning to the apartment's balcony where I enjoyed a good glass of wine at a bargain price while taking in the most fantastic view imaginable. Many, many highlights of which some of the best included: A day in Grasse where my 16 year old produced her own fragrance at Galimard.
