Spacious, south west facing, second (top) floor apartment. Situated in very attractive development 1km outside the village of La Croix Valmer and 10km from St Tropez. Just 3kms to the beautiful local sandy beaches and outstandingly clean sea (Blue Ribbon Award). One double bedroom, bathroom, separate wc, large living room/kitchenette including double sofa bed. Large balcony (15.sqm). Residents' swimming pool 150 metres. Sorry, no pets.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for two adults. Also fine for two adults and two children up to ages of 12 say. Four adults is viable but a little crowded for some perhaps.
Accessibility
Please note there is a flight of steps to climb up to the apartment, which may make it unsuitable for the aged, or those with a disability.
Outside
A very large and pleasant pool is available for the use of residents and guests. Also attached a small shallow pool for toddlers. About 150 metres from the apartment.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beautiful sandy beaches about 10 minutes drive away. The local beaches have the French Blue Ribbon Award for cleanliness of water. The larger beaches have discrete beach restaurants and also offer a variety of water sports - sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, scuba diving etc. Many beaches have superb cliff walks adjacent. The best of which are in areas looked after by the French equivalent of the National Trust.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
La Croix Valmer is about 100km (1 1/2 hours) from Nice Cote d'Azur airport and 115km (1 3/4 hours) from Marseille Marignane airport. Both of which offer several daily flights to and from the UK as well as many other European destinations. Toulon is about 55 minutes away and is served once per day by Ryanair from Stansted. A car is definitely advisable for getting around.
Distances
The village of La Croix Valmer is 15 mins walk. Saint Tropez is a 20 min drive and Sainte Maxime 25 mins (traffic depending).
Further details
La Croix Valmer is a relatively small village but has its own Office de Tourisme, seven to eight restaurants, a variety of shops, three mini supermarkets, two banks and its own not to be missed Provencal market every Sunday. On bus route.

About the owner
The apartment was our own holiday home for a number of years so it is a special place for us. That means it is loved, looked after and cherished!
Muriel is French by the way which can sometimes be useful for our guests.
We live about one mile away and any assistance you need is therefore near at hand.
This is a beautiful part of the world and many people come back for repeat visits.
