A recently renovated barn situated an hour from the port at Caen and 2 hours from Le Harve set in lush farmland on the edge of the small village of Taillebois in the heart of The Suisse Normandie Region. The barn has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and separate laundry room ,all rooms are heated by electric convectors for all year round holidays. An ideal position to reach many attractions, historic monuments, parks and gardens. There is also the opportunity to try out one of the many local activities - kayaking, horse riding, mountain biking, golf and walking (29 maps for local routes available). The newly opened tree adventure park at the Roche d'Oetre is well worth a visit. And for the less energetic just sit back, relax and listen to the woodpeckers and other wildlife in the surrounding woodlands and let the world pass you by.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts available for lets of 4 or more weeks.
A supplement of £20.00 per week will be added from 1st November through to 30th April for heating costs.
Changeover day
Saturday (please arrive after 4.00 p.m.) and depart on Saturday morning by 10.00 a.m.

| Bathrooms: | Bath with overhead shower, WC and pedestal basin (heated with an electric radiator). |
| Kitchen: | Fridge with freezer compartment, electric fan oven, grill and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. |
| Utility Room: | Accessed by separate door with washing machine, tumble dryer and rotary clothes line. There is also room for storage of cycles and other sports equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious open plan lounge with satellite TV, video player (with videos) and radio. |
| Other: | A third bedroom with a double bed and further single bed to be added later this year, 2008 (at an additional cost of £50 per week). |

All bed linen and kitchen linen is included. Towels not included. |
Notes on accommodation
Cot and high chair available on request. A selection of toys for young children also available.
A small charge of £20.00 per week will be made to cover heating costs in winter.

Accessibility
The entrance door has a small step down on the outside. Property is surrounded by gravel and grass and some areas are uneven.

The sandy Normandy Beaches are one hours drive away.
Golf
Nearest 18 hole golf course and restaurant is at Clercy about 15 minutes away and there is a 9 hole course at La Selle La Forge about 10 minutes away.
Travel
The port of Caen (Ouistreham) is about 1 hours drive.
The Port of Le Harve is about 2 hours drive.
Calais about 4 hours drive.
Distances
Nearest large supermarket is at Athis (10 mins) which also has a Tourist Office, bank, several independent shops and a small weekly market on Tuesday. Other markets are held at Flers (20 mins drive) on Wed and Sat and Conde-sur Noireau on Thursday (20 mins drive). Falaise with its outstanding castle and ancient churches, Clercy, The Suisse Normandie countryside, Roche d'Oetre tree adventure park and amazing views, Pont D'Ouilly nestling on the river are but a few of the many places to visit.

Non refundable deposit of £50 due to confirm booking with balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
