A 5 bedroom comfortable country house sleeping 12-14 people, set in one of the most rural and well-preserved areas of France. Spacious and secluded indoor and outdoor areas with beautiful views across the unspoilt surrounding countryside. Outdoor area includes large swimming pool & shower, set in stunning patio area surrounded by grape vines, with spectacular barbecue and ample garden furniture for easy outdoor living. The sizeable gardens have a swing. Set well back from the road, the authentic farmhouse is roomy and well appointed. La Marche is our second family home, and is well equipped with excellent facilities. Indoor downstairs area includes family dining kitchen, lounge with fold down bed, bathroom, two bedrooms. Stone steps lead up to the newly converted upper floor with one master bedroom, two large double bedrooms, spacious open plan lounge with fold down bed, bathroom & toilet. Easy access from Toulouse, Bordeaux, Bergerac & Carcassonne airports.

Notes on accommodation
Excellent holiday home for children. The gardens are well set back from all main roads, and the house and pool area stand in their own large grounds. Baby high chair, cot with linen, and McLaren buggy are all available on request. The full oil central heating throughout makes this an ideal out of season peaceful holiday destination.

Montauban 22km drive, with all main supermarkets Toulouse 75km.

You can book by e-mail, telephone (after 7pm UK time),or post. We will supply you with an electronic booking form and are happy to provide any additional information prior to booking. The 40% deposit secures your booking. The balance is paid 8 weeks before the first date of arrival. Security deposit of £300.00 will be required on arrival. Deposit non-refundable on bookings cancelled on or after 8 weeks of first date of arrival.
