A tranquil and charming Provencale studio apartment with use of villa pool, in the hills overlooking the medieval town of Vence, which is less than 10 minutes away. It is just 20 kms from Nice and/or Antibes. Suitable for a couple. The studio apartment is attached to the villa but has its own attractive courtyard garden. It is private, secluded, quiet and sunny, situated on the hillside of the old Domaine of Reine Jeanne, in a private, no through road. So, no passing traffic. The courtyard garden lends itself to Alfresco dining. All rooms are tastefully furnished. There is parking. Cat in residence with me in the villa so probably not suitable for anyone who has an allergy to cats.
