The large living room, quiet position, and incredibly close proximity to the ski lift and golf course make this chalet an ideal choice for both a skiing break and golf holiday. It has 2 identical double bedrooms well sized twin and charming bunk bedroom. It also benefits from another double bedroom with en suite facilities but has restricted head height due to the eaves. It has a very large kitchen equipped with 5-ring gas hob large oven and plenty of unrestricted head height work surfaces. The living room is vast and has plenty of room to live and relax in. The sun terrace is south facing and is a great place to sunbathe. There is also a large garden surrounded by large trees and border plants accessed via the back door and is a safe place for young children to play. There is a large utility room, double garage and ski area.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include end of stay clean. Prices are based on 7 nights. For longer stays and discounts please contact me. A refundable deposit of 10% of the holiday cost will be taken to secure your booking. Nearer the time, a £300 deposit to cover damage and /or replacement of items will be requested at time of balance payment and returned at the end of the holiday.

Holiday prices include after stay clean but not provision of bed linen & towels. These can be provided for £200 which may sound expensive but the cleaners makeup all 10 beds & wash all bedding & towels after, regardless of how many are using the chalet. |

Notes on accommodation
This chalet is ideal for young children and all ages of adolescent teenagers! We can promise you the "Hansel and Gretel" room upstairs built into the eaves will prove to be the most popular! The private garden is a safe place for children to make snowmen or play in a paddling pool. The close proximity yet quiet position enables the best of all facilities to be enjoyed without the noise that can sometimes ensue. Enjoy your breakfast and look out the window and wait for the best time to walk the 50 yards to the ski lift!

The stairs to the first floor are winding and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Further details
For those looking for ski hire our next door neighbour is ski hire shop and guide office offering a range of accessories too. Within a 5 minute walking distance of our chalet are a number of restaurants that you can enjoy at both ends of the pricing spectrum where the standards are high and the value excellent. There is a local bar for an apres ski drink and and the local boulangerie (bread shop) is a 4 minute walk. Chamonix does not have an abundance of taxis and so a car is ideally needed if wanting to visit Chamonix centre in the evening though a walk is always possible (1 mile). There is a free bus service that connects all the ski areas in Chamonix and the bus stop is outside the carpark that the Chalet is adjacent to.
