| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedding, towels and all linen supplied on arrival. Property will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Instructions will be left in the property to follow on departure. |
Notes on accommodation
Any requests for cots and high chairs should be made separately please. Appropriate bedding should be brought for cots by visitors. No dogs please.
Accessibility
Driveway and parking right outside property. Small step at doorway, one downstairs double bedroom if access is problem.
Not sure if wheelchair access is possible would need to measure if necessary and requested.
Outside
One single garage for parking of one car, large driveway will hold one other car but uncovered. Outdoor furniture will be included in the property and hopefully intending to install hot tub for Dec 08 if possible.
Coast/Beach
Lake Geneva with water sports within one hour drive.
Skiing
Porte du Soleil ski area including Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chatel. Two minutes walk to nursery slopes and ski school meeting point. Le Pleney bubble lift and also two minutes to super Morzine bubble with access to Avoriaz. Local ski buses one/two minutes walk away at Tourist Information center.
Special interest holidays
Summer activities and mountain biking area, walking, tennis and alpine sports. Also special events throughout summer please refer to Morzine Tourist office website.
Travel
Geneva airport one hour 15 mins away. Transfers can be arranged on private mini bus or refer to website for bus information to Morzine. Railway to Thonon and then transfer to resort. Driving from Northern France approx 8 hours.

Final balance due 10 weeks prior to departure by cheque or telegraphic transfer in pounds or euros at current exchange rate.
