Kliklou is reached along a private 300 metre track, surrounded by apple and pear orchards on a hillside overlooking the sea. On entering by the front door there is a hall with downstairs loo and basin and a pantry with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, a door leads into the delightful kitchen which used to be where butter and cheese were made. The sitting room and dining room are L-shaped with a fireplace for log fires and windows on all sides looking out to sea. Double doors open out onto a secluded terrace with a barbecue from the dining room. On the 1st floor are the master double bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom and a second double room with en-suite shower. There is also a separate loo and basin on this floor. Behind the bedrooms looking out onto the hillside is a large games room with table tennis. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and a single bedroom. There is also another bathroom.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Please note that for a 2 week stay, the price is the weekly price minus 150 euros multiplied by 2. For a 3 week and 4 week stay the price is the weekly price minus 300 euros multiplied by 3 or 4. The prices quoted are all inclusive prices: all sheets, duvets, towels, soaps, household necessities, including all products for dishwasher, washing machine, charcoal for the barbecue, logs for log fire etc.
Changeover day
Kliklou is usually let from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am on the day of departure. Dates may be flexible depending on bookings already taken.

| Living Rooms: | The sitting room has two large 3 seater sofas, 2 armchairs and a two seater sofa as well as a pouf in front of the fireplace. There is a large screen television and video player. The dining room has a large oval table with seating for up to 9. |
| Other: | A secluded terrace lies on the west side of the house with uninterrupted views out to sea. Here you may relax in complete privacy. Due to the isolation of Kliklou it is not uncommon to observe all kinds of wildlife on your doorstep. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All sheets and duvets are included as well as large bath sheet and hand towel per person. Please provide your own beach towels. Kliklou is cleaned and all beds and towels changed each Friday during a multi week stay. |

Accessibility
Kliklou is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
Outside
On the secluded terrace is a large dining table and seating for up to 10 with parasol and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
A vast deserted beach is only a 10 min walk away, whereas the wonderful sandy beaches of Trouville and Deauville are only 10 mins away to the west.

Pennedepie is surrounded by world renowned golf courses: St. Gatien 10 mins. Deauville 20 mins. St. Julien Pont l'Eveque 20 mins. Etratat 50 mins.
Travel
Channel Tunnel 2 and 1/2 hours by car. Le Havre 30 mins. Caen Ouistreham 50 mins. Deauville St Gatien Airport 15 mins. Roissy Charles de Gaulle 2 and 1/2 hours by car.
Distances
The delightful town of Honfleur with its long history and stunning architecture is hardly 10 mins away to the east. Here you will find bustling restaurants, art galleries, churches, and museums. Honfleur is particularly famous for its part in the history of Impressionism, where the artists at the end of the 19th century were so attracted by the extraordinary light which exists in the Seine Estuary. Deauville and Trouville with their renowned boardwalks, casinos, luxury shops are to the west.
Further details
The local supermarket is 5 mins away in Equemauville and the nearest banks are in Honfleur. A tree climbing adventure park is 15 mins away in St. Gatien and the many day trips possible include: Monets Garden at Giverny, Le Mont St. Michel, The beautiful towns of Rouen and Caen, Paris is 2 hours by car, The National Stud at Le Haras du Pin, the famous cliffs at Etretat, the beautiful Pays d'auge with its apple trees and beautiful countryside may be discovered on foot, by bicycle or by car. The famous Normandy Invasion beaches make a memorable day out, including the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach, the Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches and its interesting museums, including a 360° cinema showing an impressive film.
Booking notes
A 500 euros payment is required on booking, followed by the remainder of the payment one month before arrival. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Please note that a cheque for £350 or 525 euros will be necessary on arrival and this will be returned following your departure as long as Kliklou is left as it was found.
