Well equipped kitchens open plan living area, bathroom with baths. Both houses are decorated to a high specification, they are a real 'home from home' with all the comforts you would hope for.

Notes on accommodation
Both houses have electric radiators and ceiling fans plus 1 free standing fan. Suitable for children. Non smoking and no pets. Linen is provided but please bring your own pool towels. Electricity water and gas inclusive.

Not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Garden and facilities are shared by all properties. Heated in ground pool 5x10m. Pool alarm. Set in gated area. 10 sun loungers with cushions, table and chairs. Pool cabin/changing room with WC. Boule pitch. ar port for 4 cars. Games room with pool table, table tennis table. Bicycles of various sizes for all ages, 2 cycle helmets, 1 bike with child seat fitted.
Coast/Beach
Sea is just 25 mins away, beaches 40 mins and the beautifully manicured beaches of Dinard and Granville are 45 mins. Mont St Michel is 25 min drive, the most visited attraction in France. Forest de Ville Cartier 10 mins it has a lake with miniature electric boats, pony rides, also a high wire assault course for children and a separate one for adults.
Travel
St Malo Ferry port is 45 mins. Dinard airport 50 mins. Caen 1.15 mins. Cherbourge 1.30 mins. La Harve 2.hours.
Rennes airport 1 hour. Transport is a must.
Distances
Antrain, St Ouen la Rourie 5 mins, both have bars, shops and restaurants. Cancale, great fishing village specialising in seafood restaurants 40 mins. Go Karting 40 mins, Great track! Rennes 45 hour. Fougeres and Avaranche 30 mins.
