Within easy reach of Mont Saint Michel, only 3 miles by road, the Mont is visible from outside the property. The cottage is in a country location, within easy reach of many attractions and only 20 minutes from the Brittany border. Day trips to Jersey from St Malo. Boat trips from Dinard to St Malo.

Changeover day
Saturday (arrive 4.00 pm onwards) to Saturday (depart by
10.00 am). This can be more flexible out of the main season.

Accessibility
Suitable for people with mobility difficulties but not if wheelchairs are required indoors. There is one very small step into the cottage and again one very small step into the bedroom. The shower base is raised from the floor.
Outside
A large patio with garden furniture, ie table and 4 chairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. There are 2 sun loungers, BBQ. There is a driveway with double gates.
Coast/Beach
45 minutes by car to lovely beaches, nearest Cancale famous for mussels, St Malo, Granville etc. Boat trips to Jersey from
St Malo.
Travel
Brittany Ferries Portsmouth - St Malo (about 35 minutes).
Brittany Ferries Portsmouth/Poole - Cherbourg (2 hours or Caen 1.5 hours).
LD Lines Portsmouth - Le Havre (2 hours).
Speed Ferries Dover - Boulogne (4 hours).
Dover - Calais (5 hours).
Ryanir to Dinard from many UK airports (40 minutes).
Car hire available at the airport or from Pontorson.
Distances
Nearest supermarket 1/2 mile also many hotels in the same area. Small hotel at the end of the road - they serve delicious meals (lunchtime specials 3 courses for 10 euros). Pontorson - Weekly market (Wednesday mornings). Le Mont Saint Michel - the most visited attraction in France, apart from Paris (take a stroll over the fields). Sand Yachting, Aligator Bay. Boat trips to Jersey from St Malo. War Cemeteries. Avaranches - shopping, swimming etc. Excellent roads/directions/easy driving.

You can find several banks at Pontorson - cashpoint at nearest supermarket. Launderette in Pontorson by the garage/supermarket. Many shops and restaurants/bars in Pontorson.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and final payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival.
