Self catering cottage, classed as 3 stars. A large open living space on the ground floor for all to be together in the dining room, living room, kitchen and entrance. The 3 entrance doors lead on to a terrace and a planted and garden. We thought the architecture and the equipment to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant we could, so that you can fully benefit from your days. Wood, stone and lime, all natural materials. You have at your disposal many facilities for your stay, of which you will find all the details on our site. The lodging received the commission Tourism and Handicap. We live on the other side of this Maison de maitre, so we are at your service to accommodate you and perfect your stay. We speak English fluently. The swimming pool is planned for spring 2009. Notes on prices
Prices are for the lodging in euros and per week.
5 euros extra per person per night. End of stay household is included. Extra household on demand 50 euros. Heating included. Linen and towel set offered for 10 persons. Extra bed linen for extra person 4 euros / clean pack. Extra towel set for extra person 4 euros / clean pack.
Changeover day
The lodging is open all the year. The hiring for the week has priority on the hiring for weekends. Arrival and departure can be any day of the week, apart during the French holiday school periods (Saturday only).

| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds of 90x190 (can be joined by special hooks), 2 night tables, 2 bedside lamps and 1 cupboard. Two beds are equipped with comfortable foam mattress, a big sofa bed and 2 baby beds are also available. |
| Bathrooms: | Ground floor: 1 x en-suite bedroom with large shower space (1.50m) wash basin and seat, accessible with armchair. 1st floor: 1 x en-suite bedroom with shower space and one bathroom with bath-tub and wooden double wash stand. Mats and grab bars. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very well equipped: 90cm steal cooker, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, large refrigerator, freezer, culinary robot and many accessories of kitchen. |

| Living Rooms: | Two dining tables can be separated according to your wish, 12 chairs. The living room is comfortable with its roomy and flexible settees. TV, DVD, MP3 reader, computer with free access to internet, Hifi, telephone, books and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The beds are set on arrival and the bathroom linen is provided. The bed linen is recent and of good quality. For each bed, you have mattress protection, quilt, cover, 2 pillows and linen, bath towel, hand towel and glove. Changed weekly. |

Accessibility
You are very welcome. The lodging received the commission Tourism and Handicap for physically disabled people, blind or visually impaired people, deaf or hearing impaired people, mental impaired people. The ground floor is entirely accessible, the first floor also, only the staircases can be an obstacle for certain handicaps.
Outside
In the heart of the countryside, you will benefit from the enchanting calm of the raised park, the pond and the birds. The 2 terraces are laid on 1800 square yard exclusively attached to the Gite, within 2.5 acres of land with raised trees. Large table and small ones, sunbeds. Pond, bench, barbecue for lunch or dinner. Children are welcome to the slide, swings and other games installed under their parent's supervision. For outside, brumisator, straw mattresses, hammocks, balls and table-tennis table will let you play and rest.
Coast/Beach
1 hour and thirty minutes to Narbonne plage or Gruissan's charming 'Plage des chalets'.
Golf
The golf opened its first section of 9 holes in 1987, then the 9 other holes in 1990. Designed by the English architect Hawtree Mark & Son. The management of the golf has been given to NGF in 2004. The place is delicious, between the pleasures of Pays de Cocagne and the charm of the landscapes of Tarn. Its 18 holes more natural than ever, will give the beginners as well as the high level players all the pleasures and refinements, that make this course a technical and visual treat.
This is undoubtedly one of the most interesting course of Midi-Pyrenees.

A ballade on the Roman way 2km by foot or bicycle, a small trip to the lake 10km, one morning at Lavaur's the market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings), one day in Toulouse or at the swimming pool in Lautrec, the landscape garden of Martels 10km. At only 40 minutes of Toulouse, Castres or Albi, and 1 hour Carcassonne, the area abounds with thousand places to visit, relax, or sports to be discovered.

Airports: International Airport Toulouse-Blagnac Air France, EasyJet to everywhere. Carcassonne RyanAir to London and other destinations. Castres-Mazamet to Paris Orly-Ouest. Lavaur Railway Station 7 mn drive.

Further details
Lavaur is a very nice town with all shops, services and accommodations (restaurants, supermarkets, banks, doctors, hospital, tourism office). It is only 5 min drive.
Booking notes
The prices are meant all fees included (except heating and telephone consumption). We do not charge any extra consumption for water or electricity. We offer you a neat household before your arrival and after your departure. The central heating (with fuel) is 10 euros per day, wood for the chimney is free. An down payment of 25 percent of the hiring amount is requested at reservation. A guarantee of 300 euros is required. Last minute promotion (refer to our website for periods and prices).
