Our gite as two bedrooms plus a sofa that can be used as a third bed. In the gite you'll have a kitchen with fridge, oven, gaz burner, microwave and a washing machine. There is a shower and toilet in the gite. There is a barbecue area with private terrace. In the property there is a pond that you can use for fishing, a small forest where you can enjoy picnic and walk. There is a pool 5m by 10m with sun bed.

| Other: | A terrace with outside table and chairs. A private barbecue on the terrace is free to use. |

We are located on a 3 acres of land (two acres of forest). There is a pond, swimming pool, barbecue and private terrace.

We are at 45 min of La Rochelle airport and 1h of Nantes airport. 3.5 hours from St Malo.
Distances
We are 15 mins from the nearest town center with all facilities like supermarket, bar tabac and banks.
Further details
We are in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. It's ideal for nature lovers. We are at 15min of Damvix where you can do horse riding and visit the country by boat.
Booking notes
We ask a quarter of the payment up front for the reservation and another 200€ in case of damages of the location that we give back when you go. The rest of the payment can be done when you arrive.
