Lynda and Robin would be delighted to welcome you to their B&B, in their beautiful detached home, situated in the Indre, Central France, (Dept 36). We are situated in Concremiers, near the lovely historical town of Le Blanc, in a tranquil village setting. The comfortable and well equipped house stands in its own large gardens, with 10m x 5m pool. There are many activities available nearby, such as walking, birdwatching, fishing, horse riding and parachuting. There is also a large natural lake with a beach. Bed and breakfast and evening meals available (by arrangement the previous day). The lovely gardens have an outside sitting/eating area and there is a separate shower room adjacent to the guests' lounge for your convenience when using the swimming pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in UK pounds.
There is a £5 per night supplement for single occupancy and we will negotiate a special rate for a weekly or longer stay (please ask for details). Prices include full cooked English breakfast. Evening meals by prior arrangement. £15 for 4 course meal with glass of wine (adult) and £10 for child.

There are two good-sized and very comfortable B&B bedrooms available. One bedroom can be for a family of four (cot available) and the other is a twin-bedded room. There is a spacious and fully equipped bathroom with shower which serves these two bedrooms only. The larger room has a double bed with a single (3ft) bed above, plus another fold-up single bed.

 

Notes on accommodation
Guests have their own separate very comfortable lounge/dining room with TV/DVD (good selection available) pool table plus various games, darts, karaoke etc. Children very welcome.

Accessibility
Sorry - the B&B rooms are on the second floor and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Large gardens with private 5m x 10m swimming pool, outside dining/sitting area, BBQ, pool games.

Coast/Beach
There is a lake with beach approx 20kms away.

Travel
Poitiers - 50kms. Tours - 75kms. Limoges - 80kms. (Ryanair) 6 hours approx driving time from Calais. Use of car is recommended.

Distances
There are many interesting towns and villages in the area, with Chateaux to visit, zoos, Futuroscope near Poitiers, and Chateauroux, the main town of the Indre. Le Blanc is the nearest town, 4kms away. Angles sur L'Anglin is a very beautiful and historic town about 20 kms away. Chauvigny (chateau of the eagles) also approx 30kms away. Montmorillon, city of the writers, is also approx 20kms away.

Further details
Le Blanc has a good selection of supermarkets, small shops, banks, restaurants and cafe bars. There is a small cafe/bar in Concremiers.
