This is a modern home built in the traditional Provencal style. Designed to be very user friendly for both the sporting enthusiast and families. With beautifully landscaped gardens and perfect sun aspect for evening dinners on the patio, the location of this house within the development is particularly private and peaceful. St Endreol is one of France's premier golf resorts. In the hills above St Tropez, wonderful also for walking and cycling, facilities are second to none, with an outdoor pool across from the house along with a fantastic spa facility and tennis courts. There is also a cafe on site and an extremely good restaurant in the club house with top class cuisine and fantastic views of the locality. It is considered to be one of the best restaurants in the area.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure, Saturdays and Wednesdays, except from 12/07 to 16/08 when we would prefer arrival Saturday only. This can be flexible outside high season.

| Living Rooms: | Fabulous open plan ground floor, each area interlinked, kitchen, dining area with table for 8, living area with beautiful and functioning open fire giving onto west facing patio with outdoor table for 8 and sunbeds. Multi channel TV and iPod station. |
| Other: | This is a gated 'hamlet' within the resort which is beautifully landscaped and maintained, there is 24 hour security at the main entrance. The resort's reception is also available for any help or queries with the house or for local information. |

Towels and linen can be rented for e20 per single and e29 per double. There is a e125 compulsory final cleaning charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Contact reception for babysitting service, transport, shopping service and any local information. A phone in the house will connect you to all services, golf, spa, etc. Wi-Fi facility available at the cafe 24/7.
Outside
Extremely private west facing patio with furniture for 8, two sunbeds and mattresses. The patio is protected by a canopy.
The house is 30 metres from a shared outdoor pool which has its own lovely lounging area with sun loungers and kiddies pool. The house has a driveway which can take up to three cars. The spa, with heated pool and balneotherapy, aromatherapy, steam room, saunas, jacuzzi, power plate studio and many relaxing therapies is only a few minutes walk from the house and is a fabulous way to spend time should the weather prove dissapointing.
Coast/Beach
Frejus and St Maxime are an easy 20 minute drive away, from St Maxime you can drive around the bay to St Tropez or take the waterbus which leaves very regularly until 11pm at night.
Golf
The house is attached to the golf resort, it is a mere 5 minute walk from the house to the first tee. The course is one of the most spectacular and challenging in the south of France. Green fees are very reasonable and golf buggies and carts are available. There is a practice area and driving range with two golf pros available.
Special interest holidays
Obviously, the main attraction of St Endreol is the the golf course, which is regarded as a jewel amongst golf courses in France. This 18 hole course is wonderfully challenging and is truly spectacular, both visually and in it's layout. We can arrange preferential green fees. There is a jogging trail around the resort, a Power Plate studio in the Spa along with a 20 metre indoor heated pool, a balneotherapy pool with counter current and massage jets, hammam, sauna and all the usual spa treatments you would expect in a premier resort. There are two tennis courts behind the spa, just a few moments from the house.
Travel
Nice airport is 45 minutes away, Toulon 1 hour, a car is recommended. From leaving the Terminal building to picking up a hired car to entering the A8 and arriving at the house takes not more than one hour and we have found it to be very stress free.
Distances
The smallest nearby village is La Motte which is 3 minutes drive away, Le Muy is a bigger town 5 minutes drive away which has a buzzing Sunday and Thursday market (highly recommended), Frejus, with it's lovely port area and marvellous Roman ruins and St Maxime are a twenty minute drive away. The 8th wonder of the world: the Gorge de Verdon is 1.5 hours drive to the north and should not be missed.
Further details
There are several good local restaurants in the locality, one on site in the resort, good supermarkets in Le Muy, very good Carrefour supermarket in Trans-en-Provence, 10 minutes away. Banks and ATMs can be found in Le Muy. Cycling routes abound and are both safe and challenging.
