This house is located on south beach of Biscarrosse Plage at edge of village next to woods. 50 meters to beach with beach guards every 100 mts, (about 20km of sand in each direction), bar/restaurant 100 meters on beach from house. All shops 150 meters into village. Big surf area, tennis, golf 27 holes, water ski, sailing, kite surf, all within 10 to 15 mins. Adventure park 10 mins and water park 25 mins. Bordeaux 1 hr, Biarritz 2 hrs.

Bordeaux 1 hour, Biarritz 2 hours, rail station 30 mins, bus service to village.
