In ancient village house, recently restored apartment full of character. Two levels with a bedroom on each. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge with access to garden. Master bedroom with beautiful view over countryside very charming and peaceful.

Oil fired central heating. Very safe for children. Cool in summer. Beautiful view from bedroom.

Accessibility
There could be a problem for persons with serious mobility problems as there are a few shallow steps going down to the house.Inside there are 2 steps to one bedroom and a staircase to the second.

Outside
A patio with table and bench. 4 outdoor seats. A very colourful small garden with large cherry tree providing shade. Walls of the house covered with flowering climbers, most stunningly morning glory. Garden quite unique.

Coast/Beach
One hour driving to the coast and a good hour to St.Tropez, Cannes or Nice. Very close to stunning mountain scenery.

Travel
The nearest airports are Nice and Toulon. Both approx. one hour and 15 minutes driving. Car hire recommended.

Distances
Apartment is in centre of Bargemon. Draguignan is the nearest town at 30 mins driving. Many other beautiful hilltop villages nearby. Surrounded by vineyards which can be visited. Good wines. Golf courses nearby.

Further details
Bargemon has 8 restaurants and a supermarket. The bank is open 2 days a week. It also has some 6 art galleries, fountains everywhere, a geology museum, a public swimming pool. Endless possibilities for walkers in surrounding countryside.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 100 euro should be sent to my address.
The full rental to be paid on arrival (if renting for 1 or 2 weeks). Deposit refundable at the end.
