The house is a beautiful Provencal villa in a private domain ´Val d´Azur'. 2km in size, with a private pool at the house(also a large communal pool ), three tennis courts, volleyball court, table tennis, jeu de boule court and a little play area for kids. It is guarded by a gardien. Situated in between the mountains and the coast and 2km from the medieval city of Valbonne. Only a 30 minute drive from Nice airport and 20 minutes from Antibes, Cannes and Grasse etc. The beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Juan Les Pins 20 mins. In the surrounding area there are plenty of possibilities for peaceful walks, hiking, swimming and sightseeing.

Coast/Beach
The house is a beautiful Provencal villa in a private domain ´Val d´Azur´ which is situated in between the mountains and the coast and 2km from the medieval city of Valbonne. 20 mins from Antibes, Cannes, Grasse etc.
Golf
For the golf enthusiasts there is lots to do. Approx 12 golf courses in the region - 10 of which are within 15km (Valbonne, Mougins and Villeneuve Loubet).
Tip: well known golf course Opio-Valbonne golf course is only 5 minutes away.
Skiing
Winter sports an hour's drive in Gréolière. 1.5 hour drive to Isola 2000, Valberg and lots of other places.
Travel
Only 30 mins drive from Nice airport. Car hire or use of car is recommended. Valbonne centre is 10 min drive. Cannes and Nice 20 min.
Further details
Super market "Carrefour", bakery, hairdresser, dry cleaner and a snack bar (at the roundabout). In the centre of Valbonne a lot of speciality shops (open on Sunday). Hairdressers, boutiques, wine shops, galleries, antique shops, an old fashioned "Spar" supermarket. There are also a lot of real estate shops. Tourist information is to be obtained in the village hall.
Booking notes
Reservation by email and / or telephone. A standard reservation agreement will be sent to you immediately. Security payment: 750 euros is to be paid in cash to the housekeepers upon arrival. The fees for the linens rental and end cleaning will be subtracted from the security. Linens 20 euros per person - available through the house-keepers. The remaining amount will be paid to your bank account after the house is checked and cleaned. End cleaning 130 euros.
