La Maugerie is our 300 year old farmhouse which we have refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of the original features. The guests dining room/lounge has a huge granite fireplace with wood-burning stove keeping you warm during the cooler evenings. From here the original oak staircase leads you to your room, whilst having plenty of character, also has all the comforts you would wish for. We have a no smoking/no pets policy in the house. Free Wi-fi access available. Sitting on the edge of a small peaceful village with shop/bar/tabac, La Maugerie is only 10 minutes east of Villedieu les poeles and 15 minutes west of Vire. So if you are looking for a romantic break or a great family holiday, you won’t be disappointed here at La Maugerie. House hunters also find La Maugerie to be in a super position to explore and find their dream home. Open the door and step inside, we’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to.
