Changeover day

Private swimming pool surrounded by ‘IPE’ newly installed decking and patio area with built in LED lighting. The large covered terrace outside the drawing room is equipped with wrought iron/marble table, rattan chairs seating 6. A sun terrace in the garden has outdoor sofa, armchairs, large sun umbrella, table to fully enjoy your BBQ on beautiful balmy evenings. There is secure parking within the grounds and the villa is secured by electric gates & video intercom.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located within 5 mins.of the town of Ste. Maxime with it's pretty port, marina and boat service to St. Tropez and elsewhere with excellent restaurants and shops as well as traditional markets. The golden sands of "La Nartelle" beach is a 5 minute drive with it's beach bars and restaurants. There is a small shingle beach just 80m from the villa which is accessed directly from the rear gate of the villa. St.Tropez's Pamplona beach is 25 mins drive as are Croix Val Mer & Cavalaire.
Golf
Ste. Maxime's 18 hole course is a 5 min. drive, Beauvallon is 15 mins. The fantastic championship courses of Barbaroux, Saint Andreol and La Motte are less than an hour away. There are also two 18 hole courses at St. Raphael. There is a complete listing in the villa of all golf courses in the region.
Skiing
The popular resort of Isola in the French Alpes is approx 1.5 hours by car from the villa.
Travel
Nice & Toulon airports 1 hour drive on the A8 motorway. Marseille airport is 1.5 hours drive.
Distances
St. Tropez is a 25 minute drive however, in Summer the roads in and out of St. Tropez can be busy. There is an excellent ferry service from Ste. Maxime to St. Tropez leaving every 15 mins which takes only 15 mins to cross the bay. The medieval villages of Grimaud and Ramatuelle are 15 mins and 25 mins. drive respectively. Port Grimaud with it's many restaurants is a pretty marine village and is only a 15 mins drive. Cannes is 50 mins and Monaco is 1.5 hours in the direction of Nice.
Further details
The local supermarket is only a 5 min walk away as are banks and the local post office. Large supermarkets such as Champion and Lidl are on the outskirts of the town.
Booking notes
A 30% booking deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks later before rental commences. In the case of reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to rental, the full amount is required with booking. An additional security payment of 600 euros is payable with final payment to cover any breakages/damages.
