La Hallotiere has 3 detached gites and a very pretty heated swimming pool, all set in a beautiful 2-acre property, in the most beautiful part of Normandy. Each gite has its own patio/garden area with barbecue and wonderful views. The whole site can be rented for groups of friends or large families. Only half an hour from Brittany. Roads with very little traffic allow easy access in under 20 minutes: zoos and theme parks, 2nd world war sites, lakes, fishing and golf. Local towns and villages proud of their bakeries and special street markets. Within 1 hour: Mont St Michel, St Malo old town, Caen, the coast with wonderful sandy beaches, ferry day trips to Channel Isles.

Upstairs bathroom, bath, basin, WC, shower over bath constant hot water. Sky TV and stereo. Newly renovated, light and bright. Dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, caffetiere, kettle, fully equipped with everything you might need. Cots and high-chairs provided. |

Big master bedroom with king-size bed. Lots of room for a cot (provided on request). Second bedroom, big twin room with twin single beds. Also lots of room for a cot. Dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, caffetiere, kettle, fully equipped with everything you might need. Notes on accommodation
Our site is suited to children and there are many activities in the area to entertain them. Each property has its exclusive, private garden area with outside table, chairs and BBQ. Wonderful views from each of the properties.
Beds are made up for your arrival. Bed linen provided free.
Please bring your own towels.
Free hot water, central-heating, electricity and gas.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for anyone with serious mobility problems.
Outside
Swimming pool is shared between the 3 properties. It is a propper sunken pool and is heated to 25C. It is in its own garden area and is not overlooked. It is cleaned every day - and we like it to sparkle!
There is a croquet court 20 x10 yds. Croquet equipment is provided free. Apple, pear and cherry trees give lovely shade in summer.
Coast/Beach
Great, huge beaches 40 mins drive, at Carolles, Jullouville and near Avranches (direction Granville).
Golf
18 hole golf course at Lake Dathee. 20 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
All times are by car - Village with baker, bars, etc., St Pois 5 mins. Town with supermarket and variety of shops, Brecey 10 mins.
Le Mont St Michel, 1 hour.
D Day Landing beaches 1.5 hrs. The area is steeped in the history of the Second World War, especially the Contra-attack.
Travel
Dinard airport, near St Malo is about an hour 15 mins by car. It has flights from Stansted, East Midlands and Birmingham - flight time 1 hour.
Ferries - Caen 1 hour, Le Havre 1¼ hour. Cherbourg 2 hours. Calais, Dunkirk and Bolougne 4 plus hours. A car is necessary at our property.
Booking notes
Please visit our own Website for contact details. We will guide you through booking and payment. Broadly, we take a deposit of £50 per week when you book and the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment by bank t/f or cheque.
