The villa sits in half an acre of its own secluded grounds with a private driveway accessed by electronic gates. Guests have exclusive use of all of the property which is furnished to a very high standard with period furniture. The balcony can be used for al-fresco dining and is sheltered by an electronic awning. This provides an ambience to leave you relaxed and able to enjoy the surrounding countryside, the diversity of places of interest and outdoor pursuits the region has to offer. The hamlet is surrounded by forest and you can be walking or cycling in the forest upon leaving the gite. In 10 minutes you could be fishing, sailing or swimming in one of the many lakes the region has to offer.

20km (Limoges). There are a number of 18 hole courses for you to play. These are Golf de Saint-Junien near Limoges, Golf du Coiroix at Aubazine and Golf du Chammet at Peyrelevade. Details of all these courses are held in the information pack at the gite.
Travel
Limoges International Airport (Bellegarde) - direct flights from Stansted, Nottingham East Midlands and Liverpool using Ryanair. Direct flights from Southampton and Birmingham with FlyBe.
Calais - 6 hours away.

Ambazac village centre is less than 10 minutes drive away (40 minute walk) where banks, supermarket, boulangerie, boucherie, library, laundry, tabac etc. are all available.
Booking notes
By telephone. 25% deposit payable upon booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday dates. A surety cheque is required with final balance. This is returned within 10 working days of the return of the keys.
