Air conditioned for the summer and heating for the winter. The living room opens on to the main terrace with the pool directly in front and then there are steps down to a further terrace and barbecue area which then leads to a shaded third terrace. The apartment comes with a secure garage below and there is additional unrestricted free parking immediately outside the entrance to the apartments. Set in the beautiful and well kept grounds of a historic chateau also home to the famous Bellini Chapel. It is located on a private road only accessed through the gatehouse. This is a very small residential development (10 apartments in total) which gives you a feeling of privacy and tranquillity during your stay. Very easy walking access to the beaches, the Rue d'Antibes and the centre of Cannes.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible. Keys can only be picked up or dropped off during office hours which are 9.00 -12.00 and 14.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday. For weekend arrivals prior agreement with property management company has to be arranged.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included in the price on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and again after vacation. There is no maid service but if clients request further cleaning or change of linen a separate price can be quoted. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning and heating. Secure entrance and grounds make it suitable for children. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but smokers can make use of the outside areas including the terraces and there are ashtrays in the apartment.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users, because all the sleeping accommodation is downstairs.
Outside
Fully enclosed and secure private staggered terraced garden, with barbecue area. Direct access to shared swimming pool (shallow and deep end) via gate on terrace. In addition there is a sun deck area next to pool. Main terrace with external lighting a large table and 6 chairs. There are sunbeds available located in apartment.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 10 minutes walk to the main sandy beaches of Cannes.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the vicinity.
Travel
Nice airport approximately 30 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential with good public transport links from Nice and in and around Cannes.
Distances
Cannes centre 1km. Mougins 6km. Monaco by car 1 hour. Cannes train station .75km.
Further details
Local shops for general day to day shopping 5 mins walk. Nearest supermarket 2 mins by car with free parking. Nearest Hypermarket Carrefour at Antibes approx 20 mins by car.
Numerous restaurants, bars, clubs cinemas (showing English speaking films), two casinos, port and two marinas within 10 minutes walk. Several banks and Post office within the same distance.
Booking notes
Booking via email. 20% deposit payable on confirmation of booking with the balance being paid in full 8 weeks prior to rental or if the period is shorter then the full payment is required at time of booking.
A £250 refundable damage deposit paid at the same time as the balance - this will be returned to you in full as long as there are no damages and the keys are returned to our Property manager on the day of vacation.
