Bookings can be made by phone or email. Laundry and final clean are charged in addition at end of stay - typical laundry costs for 4 are 30 euros per week and end of stay cleaning 60 euros.

Saturday departure 1200 hrs, arrival and welcoming 1700 hrs.

Private south facing garden with barbecue(s), table, chairs, parasol. Canopied patio area. Area of lawn and shrubs. Sun loungers. Fenced pool area. Magnolia tree (which flowers!), kumquats, pines, and many palms. Parking for 2+ cars.
Coast/Beach
Cannes offers a wide choice of clean sandy beaches within a short walk. The 'Plage de Midi' or the beaches of the 'Croisette' are wthin easy reach as is the Old Port and harbours.
Golf
The old course at Mandelieu is a 10 minute drive as is Mougins. Other courses are easily accessible via the Auto route.
Skiing
2 hour drive to the ski resorts of Auron and Isola.
Travel
Nice Airport is within 25 minutes drive with fast and frequent direct coach service to Cannes. Easy access from Auto route. Bus and train stations within short walk.
Distances
Cannes has the old town and spectacular markets a short walk away. Within 30 minutes drive of Cannes are historic sites and picturesque hill villages such as Fayence, St. Paul and Vence. The historic perfume town of Grasse is only around 20 minutes away, as is Nice. St. Maxime, St. Tropez, and Gorge de Verdon are all within easy reach by car.
Further details
Cannes is a cosmopolitan town and whilst its image is one of the rich and famous it caters for all budgets. The choice of restaurants and bars is vast. Local shops are a 5 minute walk. From the Old Port boat trips are available to the Lerin islands (of 'the Man in the Iron Mask' fame), to St.Tropez and Monaco. The coastal railway meanders along the Mediterranean. Cycling and walking are available in the surrounding Esterel mountains.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by phone or email at which point the booking will confirmed. 33% deposit on booking and remainder cleared minimum 2 weeks before arrival. Keys will be sent out a week before (for access if delayed) so on booking a contact address is required. Booking cannot be cancelled less than one month ahead of rental after which all monies remain due. Refundable damage deposit of 600 euros taken one week before arrival. Refund of damage deposit week after departure on return of keys.
