Less than 2 miles from the lovely town of Jumilhac Le Grand and 15 minutes from St Yriex La Perche, our location offers everything that you will need for that peaceful break. A private swimming pool, 2 acres of private meadow, barbecue facilities, sun loungers add to what is essentially the perfect location for tranquility. Noisey this place is not, and if you want peace and quiet, lovely country walk sand real fresh country air then this is for you. With the peace of the country and the amenities of a large town only 6 miles away, this offers everything you will need.

Other: Under the house there is a cellar where the gas bottle and water mains are operated. 2 adult bicycles are available for use.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen will be cleaned on a weekly basis and is included in the price. Towels can be provided at an extra price. Please enquire.

 

Notes on accommodation
The house is ideal for young families. The hall upstairs being secured by child gates near the stair area. Cot facilities are on site also. The pool is protected by an alarm for the safeguarding on of young children. There is also a surrounding fence for extra security. We would ask all guests to respect the fact that we wish the inside of our house to remain a NON smoking environment. It makes it more pleasant for future guests so please respect this wish. Any evidence of smoking might regretfully mean that we have to withhold part of the security deposit for cleaning/refreshing of linen and hosiery. Thank you.

The 9m x 4m private pool faces 2 acres of meadow land surrounded by mature trees. There is a paved area beside the pool for sunbathing or relaxing and next to this there is a paved area with bench/table seating and barbecue facilities.

Several golf courses are located within an hour of the house, the most notable of which are located at Limoges and Periguex - both about 45 mins to 1 hour away.

Special interest holidays
The property location would be ideal for those who wish to partake in painting or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. The nearby village of Jumilhac Le Grands boasts a magnificent chateau and St Yriex La Perche has a bustling market at least once a week.

Travel
Limoges airport is approximately 45 minutes (30 miles) from the property. If flying it would be recommended to hire a car from the airport.

Booking notes
To book the property, please complete and remit the enquiry form. A reply confirming availability will be sent back to you with a booking form which we would ask you to complete and send/email back. The deposit is 10% of the holiday cost and is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday and there is also a £200 security deposit which is returned at the end of the holiday. Payment should be by cheque or bank to bank transfer of funds.
