Notes on accommodation
This property is totally air conditioned and suitable for children and pets with its enclosed wall and locked gate. Electric radiators throughout this well insulated cottage with new double glazed windows provide comfortable and effective heating.
Accessibility
This cottage and utility room have one floor only.
Outside
This property is especially suitable for small children with a secure walled garden and lockable gate with key. It is also suitable for pets to run free within the secure borders of the property. Further, there is a menhir found in the 500 sq.m. garden which also contains many trees and shrubs. There is also a patio with barbecue for outside eating.
Coast/Beach
It is a 45 minute drive from the channel coast, and a 45 minute drive from the Atlantic coast. Local lakes offer beaches as well.

Available in Carhaix which is a 20 minute drive away.
Travel
Brest International Airport is a 1 hour drive away; Roscoff, with its Brittany Ferry Terminal is a 45 minute drive away.
Distances
This property is only a 5 minute drive from the famous tourist village of Huelgoat which is steeped in Celtic history and legend. It's also a 20 minute drive from Morlaix and its famous Saturday market; and, a 45 minute drive from the historic and lovely town of Quimper.

Brennilis has its own grocery shop and café. Supermarkets and other shops and facilities can be found in Huelgoat as well as other nearby towns such as Carhaix.

No deposit is required; however, the full payment for the stay must be paid in Euros at the time when the occupancy begins. Further, electricity is not included in the price, but is charged on the basis of individual visitor consumption at the time of departure.
