Our house is in a small wine village at the edge of the Haut Languedoc National Park. The village is surrounded by the vineyards of St Chinian and Faugeres and garrigue providing a wonderful backdrop for walks or cycling - we have 4 mountain bikes for your use. The River Orb runs very close by and has some beautiful spots for bathing as well as providing leisure facilities such as canoeing and kayaking. And for those who want the Med beaches, these are about half an hours drive away.

Notes on prices
We will require a non-refundable deposit of £150 at the time of booking. The balance is payable four weeks before the commencement of the rental. We also require a security deposit of £150 against breakages and damages. This deposit will be refunded in full within one week of the keys being returned, subject to any deductions for any damage to the property or any breakages. We are happy to consider week-end lets or lets for periods longer than 2 weeks. Please contact the owners for details.

Outside
The terrace is very large (26'x13) and is ideal for sun-bathing, al fresco eating. There is an outdoor table with seating for 6.
Coast/Beach
Valras Plage and Serignan Plage are about half an hours drive. Also le Cap d'Agde and Narbonne Plage are about an hour away.
Travel
Ryanair has flights to Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nimes and Perpignan airports all of which are within an hour and a halfs drive from the house.
Further details
The village has a small shop, a butcher and a bar. Within 5 mins drive in the next village are a large supermarche, bank and restaurants.
