Originally the coach house to the neighbouring medieval hunting lodge, 6 le Pavillon is a charming house recently renovated yet maintaining its original character. With its peaceful location on the edge of picturesque Lehon, a 'Petite Cite de Charactere', with its 9th century Abbey and Norman Castle, and only 200m from the River Rance, it has much to offer without needing to use the car. All the family can enjoy the local open air pool in Lehon and walking or cycling along the tranquil towpath to the beautiful old Port of Dinan where you can walk up to the medieval town with its cobbled streets and half timbered houses. The enclosed garden to the front and terrace to the rear catch the sun all day long, with views of the castle and abbey of Lehon and the spires of Dinan visible in the distance. Many beautiful beaches are also within easy reach, including Dinard, St Malo and Cancale, with its famous seafood restaurants. Bar, restaurant and boulangerie within walking distance.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time not before 3pm. Please vacate the property by 10am on the morning of departure.

Towels and linen are available for £7 per person paid at time of payment of balance. The beds are supplied with pillows and duvets. The house is cleaned before each letting. Please leave the property as you would expect to find it (ie clean and tidy). |

Outside
Enclosed south facing gravelled courtyard with table and chairs. Enclosed garden at front of house with gravelled parking, lawned area with shrubs and trees. Barbeque provided. There is no swimming pool at the property but there is a large public outdoor pool within walking distance in Lehon.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Emerald Coast stretches from the wild rocks of Cape Frehel to the Bay of Mont St Michel. There are many stunning coves and beaches within half an hour drive.
Golf
There are a good number of excellent golf courses with a short drive away, including Dinard (founded in 1887), St MAlo, Pen Guen (St Cast), Sables D'Or (Cap Frehel) and Plenneuf Val Andre.
Travel
Dinard Airport approx 30 mins drive. Rennes airport approx 1 hour drive. St Malo ferry port approx 30 minutes drive. Cherbourg, Roscoff and Caen all within 2 1/2 hours drive.

The area is an excellent base for walking and cycling and bikes can be hired locally in Dinan Port. From Dinan Port take a boat trip along the Rance or hire a self drive boat or kayak. Sailing and windsurfing are available at various places along the coast, including St Jacut. Visit the historic towns of St Malo, Dinard, Combourg, Becherel, and of course Mont St Michel - all a short drive away. Mont St Michel.
Booking notes
Please contact us to make a booking by e-mail or by phone. A non refundable 25% deposit will be payable at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks before your holiday, along with a refundable damages deposit of £100 which will be refunded after inspection of the property. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please discuss at time of booking.
