Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Heating charges are included. (+ linen 20 euros/pers and housecleaning of departure (150 euros) payed by cash the day of arrival). Wood is available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. It may be flexible. Departure by 10:00am and arrival not before 5 pm.

The local towns of Falaise (8km) and Saint Pierre sur Dives (12km) contain a variety of supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and general stores including hair dressers and garages. We would recommend the famous XIIIème century market place "Les Halles" in St Pierre/dives every monday before 12am. You can buy cider, calvados, local cheeses (camembert, livarot, pont-lévêque), fruits and vegetable, farm animals (rabbit, chicken, duck...) very lovely for children.

Balance payable 4 weeks in advance.
Good housekeeping and swimming pool deposit paid by cheque on arrival (deposits will be held and then repaid within 14 days of departure).
Deposit will be lost if booking cancelled; within 4 weeks before location, balance will be lost if the presbytery cannot be relocated.
