Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Heating charges are included. Linen fees are 20 euros/pers and housecleaning of departure 150 euros payed by cash the day of arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. It may be flexible. Departure by 10:00am and arrival not before 5 pm.

Towels and linen 20 euros per person per week. Guests are expected to leave the property in a tidy and reasonably clean condition. House cleaning of departure 150 euros. Handyman gardener on request. |

Garden all around the presbytery with antique barn. Private heated swimming pool 12 x 6m. The swimming pool safety system is a siren alarm system when water moves. Outdoor furniture: table and seats with barbecue, parasol, portico with swings, tennis table and trampoline.

D-Day beaches (Arromanches, Omaha): 40 minutes drive Cabourg beach: 35 minutes drive.

The local towns of Falaise (8km) and Saint Pierre sur Dives (12km) contain a variety of supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and general stores including hair dressers and garages. We would recommend the famous XIIIème century market place "Les Halles" in St Pierre/dives every monday before 12am. You can buy cider, calvados, local cheeses (camembert, livarot, pont-lévêque), fruits and vegetable, farm animals (rabbit, chicken, duck) very lovely for children.

Balance payable 4 weeks in advance.
Good housekeeping and swimming pool deposit paid by cheque on arrival (deposits will be held and then repaid within 14 days of departure).
Deposit will be lost if booking cancelled; within 4 weeks before location, balance will be lost if the presbytery cannot be relocated.
