Stunning belle époque villa set in a quiet residential area close to Place Alexandra Médicin with all its amenities. Very easy access to the centre of Nice with the tram which is an 8 min walk from the villa. There is also an airport bus which comes from terminal 1 to the bottom of the lane making getting to and fro easy. Hiring a car is not necessary whilst stay at Villa L'Aimée as the public transport is excellent and you can access just about everywhere.

Notes on accommodation
Overhead fans in bed and breakfast rooms. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age. No smoking anywhere inside the villa or on balconies. Smoking in gardens only. Regrettably pets are not allowed.
Accessibility
The villa is unsuitable for people needing wheelchair access.
Outside
There is garden area for guests staying at Villa L'Aimée.
Coast/Beach
Spend the day on a sunny Nice beach - these can easily be accessed by tram, an 8 min walk from the villa or by bus from the local square. All along the beaches one can either hire beds and eat in the beach restaurants or lie on the public areas. Villefranche, Antibes or the Cannes beaches can be accessed easily for the day by train or bus.
Travel
Arriving at the airport from terminal 1 there is a number 23 bus which comes through Nice passing via the main SNCF railway station and comes to the end of the lane. We recommend you don't hire a car unless absolutely necessary. Hireing a car can be done by the day at the station 5 mins on the tram.
Distances
To take day trips to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence or other villages and towns just take the tram down to either the Gares SNCF (railway) or the Gares Routieres (bus station).
Further details
Cafés, bakers and food shops, banks, internet access and a pharmacy in the local square are 5 mins walk from the villa.
Booking notes
To make a reservation in the bed and breakfast we take a deposit of 100 euros. To reserve the apartment or studio a 200 euros deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the letting period. A returnable deposit against damage of 250 euros is also required. Cancellation conditions are applicable - please see Villa L'Aimée website for details.
