Large totally renovated one bedroom apartment with new American style kitchen, bathroom and all furniture. Linen and towels provided. 50 metres from the famous Place Rossetti in Rue Benoit Bunico. On the 4th Floor so it is light, airy and sunny facing west but with a lift so no stairs to puff up! It is only a hundred metres from the main bus station where the airport bus stops so there is no need for a car. All the restaurants, theatres, bars, clubs, museums, shops and markets are on the doorstep. The kitchen is a full one with 4 ring ceramic hob and a full size oven, microwave/grill and dishwasher. Flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, CD system with a selection of CDs. The park on the Chateau Hill if just round the corner and the beach at the end of the Baie des Anges is 3 minutes walk. Flexible booking dates can be arranged. Link to our website.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night / week in UK pounds. Cleaning and linen is included in full weeks booking but for short breaks of 3 days or more if available we have to charge £50.

Notes on accommodation
No smoking. The heating is by wall mounted convector heaters if they are needed! We regret due to the nature of the furnishings and the height of the building with relatively low windowsills we do not think it is suitable for children.

Accessibility
Unfortunately the lift is not large enough to faciliate wheelchair access.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Castel plage is a couple of minutes stroll away. There are other beaches within easy walking distance. You can pay for sunloungers if you want or just use the main public bits.
Travel
Nice airport 3 miles away has loads of low cost flights particularly easyJet. The airport bus costs only 3 euros and goes to within 100m of the apartment. The brand new tram system is on the doorstep and a seven day pass which will get you on the tram and buses costs only 15 euros.
Distances
Nice port is just round the headland, Monaco/Monte Carlo 15 minutes on the train or a little longer by bus, Antibes 30 minutes, Menton 30 minutes, Eze village 15 minutes, the public transport is quick, clean and cheap, what happened in the UK?
Further details
Being in the heart of the atmospheric and rather Italian feeling Old Town rather than the new town means everything you need is right on the doorstep, every sort of restaurant, live music, Dutch style bars, English style pubs, galleries, churches and cathedrals, museums shops and anything else you need the famous Cours Saleya market is 2 minutes away as is the fish market in Place St Francois and a variety of supermarkets.
We supply a full guide to all in the apartment for your convenience. There are many banks and the nearest cashpoint is just round the corner in Place Rossetti opposite the largest ice cream shop you are ever likely to see!
Booking notes
Please email us or phone and we can advise on bookings and email or fax you a booking from. We require a £150 deposit which we retain in respect of breakages or unreasonable cleaning and is returned to you following your stay. Full payment is required six weeks before your stay.
Guest comments
Our very first guests last year had never been to Farnce before stayed 2 weeks and are coming back again this year!
You should describe it as a boutique apartment and advertise it in 'Marie-Claire' or 'Vogue'
